The Orosi valley has several spa and massage options to help you relax during your visit.

The most extravagant option can be found at Rancho Las Perlas (http://www.rio-perlas.com/en/), about a 3.5 mile (10 minute) drive west of Hotel Reventazon. Rancho Las Perlas offers both indoor and outdoor treatment rooms and services including hot stone massages, Thai massages, Swedish massages, facials, rejuvenation treatments, and therapeutic water massages. The resort’s spa is equipped with a Swedish dry sauna, a spa hot tub, a steam room and a Turkish bath and their hydro treatments and mud therapy use on-site volcanic thermal springs and minerals. Spa packages start at $65. Rancho Las Perlas also offers a day pass including admission to the resort complex between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., entrance to the swimming and thermal pools on the grounds, and a complete three-course lunch with juice. The cost is $32 per day for ages 12 and up, $23 for children 5-12 years old, and free for children under 5.

Another spa close to town is Orosi al Natural, located four miles away on the road to Cachi. Open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday to Sunday, the spa offers massages, hydromassages, body wraps, exfoliations, sauna treatments and other packages.
